Most programs teach you about shadow work. This one takes you through it.
The difference is the lived experience of meeting a shadow in real time. Not reading about it. Not journaling about it. Actually being in the process with your body, with a facilitator who knows how to hold that space, in a group that's doing the same thing.

I'm Lurinda. I'm a somatic shadow work coach and retreat facilitator based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
I was the over-responsible one. I was performing strength while quietly falling apart. I was going through the motions of taking care of myself, sleeping, doing the work, checking the boxes. And I still felt exhausted, disconnected, and stuck.
It wasn't until I was inside a somatic embodiment process that I realised what had actually been happening. My body had been sending me signals for years. Weight I couldn't shift. Exhaustion that sleep didn't touch. A nervous system that didn't feel safe, no matter what my mind was telling it.
I understood everything logically. And it hadn't changed a thing. That was the moment I knew the work had to go somewhere the mind couldn't reach.
That's what I teach. That's what I take you through. And that's what The Unmasking is built around.

Questions
Do I need experience with shadow work or somatics?
No. Week 1 starts with foundational nervous system work and we build from there. If you've done some work before, this will take you deeper. If you're newer to it, you'll be held through the process.
What if I can't make a live call?
All calls are recorded and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours. You'll also have access to weekly activities so you can integrate the work in your own time.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and facilitation. We work with shadow, nervous system, and embodiment. If you're currently working with a therapist, this can complement that work well. If you're in acute mental health crisis, this program isn't the right fit right now.
How much time do I need each week?
The live call is 90 minutes. Outside of that, allow 30 minutes to an hour for the weekly activity. Most of the integration actually happens in the background without you realising it. If you miss a call - don't stress! Every call comes with a debrief and workbook so you can continue the work even if you miss a call.
